A Toronto man was arrested Tuesday for allegedly driving a vehicle that has been linked to allegations of a sexual dysfunction drug.
Shelley Anderson, 48, of Toronto, was arrested Tuesday afternoon after police say she allegedly took Viagra to enhance her performance in a popular sex therapy. The arrest warrant says the driver of the vehicle was seen using a mobile phone to communicate with her boyfriend, according to the arrest warrant affidavit.
Anderson was taken into custody Tuesday evening. She was booked at 1010 Avenue of the Rexall and was scheduled to appear in aEnhanced court hearing, the affidavit states.
“I will not be able to tell you what I’m doing, but I’m doing what I’m told to do,” Anderson told the outlet.
The affidavit states that the driver of the vehicle, Thomas D’Amour, is described as a 45-year-old white male, with a bald head and brown face. His license and passport are also with Canada D’Amour.
Anderson is charged with first-degree misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance and possession of a Schedule II controlled substance.
Anderson is being investigated for a traffic stop in the city of Toronto.
